The benifit of eating Sugar free Biscuits Saraswathy Vidyanikethan School part 7 of 12

We have seen that every place have its own distinctive environment. For example, if we take the case of Kerala and its neighboring state Tamil Nadu; we can see that in Kerala, lots of black varnish tree (Holigarna arnottiana), Poison Nut Tree or snake wood, or Screw Pine (Pandanus fascicularis) are grown plenty. This is because lead content is more in Kerala. So to balance this lead content, these trees are present here.

In Tamil Nadu Tamarind (Tamarindus indica), and Neem tree are grown plenty. This is to balance Sulphur and Fluride contents in their environment. Thus each locality has its own specialties. So our life and lifestyle has to be in accordance with the climate and nature in that locality.

The food grain grown in Kerala is rice. So the main food of Keralites should be rice. The one living in Kerala should eat what is grown in Kerala.

Wheat is not cultivated in Kerala, and then it is not the food for people living in Kerala. We are familiar with maida. It’s a final product taken from wheat. When maida is whitened then a chemical named alloxan is produced in maida. The chemical alloxan is injected in mouse to produce diabetes in their body so that medicine for diabetes can be experimented in their body. Now it is clear that how this much diabetic patients are produced each year because every bakery product is made up of maida. Bread, bun, pastries, puffs, cakes, cookies, biscuits etc. are made of maida. Even sugar free biscuits for diabetic patients are made of maida. So when they eat those biscuits then they will get sugar i.e. diabetes in free. This is what happens when we go behind fast foods and western culture. We had a tradition that was followed by our ancestors. When we adopt that tradition then everything will be correct.
